Before you submit a Ticket

To help speed along your request, we require that you follow the steps below before submitting a new support ticket. This is for the benefit of everyone and will help make the entire process more efficient. It’s very important and we ask that everyone who posts follow these steps.

  1. Make sure you are running the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WordPress.
  2. Check our Documentation for the answer to your question.
  3. Disable any additional 3rd party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) to see if it fixes the issue.

Support Includes

✔  Responding to questions or problems regarding the theme’s features
✔  Fixing bugs and reported issues
✔  Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions

Support Does Not Includes

✖  Theme Customization
✖  Requests that require or involve Custom Coding
✖  Support for 3rd party plug-ins
✖  Support for Outdated Themes

You can expect a response within 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday 10am – 10pm CET.
