If you’re experiencing issues during theme installing or importing demo data via demo importer please make sure that your PHP configuration is set at least as below: 

PHP version 7.4 or greater
MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater 
max_execution_time 600 
memory_limit 128M 
post_max_size 32M 
upload_max_filesize 32M
